The Brief

Zenlist is an app developed amongst 3 designers Cecilia B. Taneia K. and myself to improve mental health and develop healthy habits. The goal was to create a mobile or tablet app that enhances the user's general well-being, using user experience (UX) design methods and user testing.

My role in this project was to do research on our competitors and partially iterate wireframes and app + design system that would address the objective and motivate users to be able to achive goals and practice mindfulness.

The Vision

Zenlist helps people get things done with a mindful approach. To make life more rewarding and fulfilling.

  • To maintain and develop healthy habits

  • To help balance our mental health with daily tasks

  • We integrate healthy habit building, self love quotes and mindful practises to the task list for our users to keep their life balanced.

Brand Essence

We integrate healthy habit building, self love quotes and mindful practises to the task list for our users to keep their life balanced.

Our brand is inviting and playful compared to a traditional daily planner. Unlike other to-do list apps (Microsoft To Do, Todoist) that are more strict and businesslike, our layout and graphics are more personal and joyful.

In comparison to our competitors like Fabulous and Productive that focuses on tracking your ongoing journey, our app focuses on getting tasks done daily.
